2019 SSDI and SSI Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA)

Every year, Social Security makes small adjustments to its programs based on changes in the cost of living. These are called Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA).

These tables show the most important upcoming changes for people who get Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. These changes begin on January 1, 2019.
